NEW CLIENTS 

Step 1: Email Erin at trailsandtailspetcare@gmail.com

Please let her know what your specific pet care needs are, the dates you need covered, the area that you live in so she can make sure you are within our service area and that we have the space in our schedule to add a new client at this time. 

Step 2: Create your Online Profile- click on link below

Step 3: Once both have been completed, you will receive an email response, that will let you know if we are available to help you with your pet care needs. 

1. Create your online new client profile. Filling out the     personal and pet sections. 

 

2. You don't need a code to get started.

 

3. I recommend doing this at a computer and with all of your pets vet info/etc handy.

 

4. Make sure to fill out all of  the required red * items or it will delete and start you completely over. All of the other info is "not required" but very much appreciated, as knowing as much about your pets as possible, limits the amount of times I have to contact you with questions. 

CURRENT CLIENTS

If you have not created your online account yet, follow instructions below: 

 

All clients have moved as of Jan 2017 to this new online scheduling system. This is the only way to request pet care going forward. Please make all pet care requests, cancellations, etc online. This ensures that no text messages or emails get missed on my end. Thank you for your cooperation.
